Engage your audience by incorporating live voting directly through microphone units. Whether you’re gathering instant feedback at a conference or reaching a decision in a boardroom, our systems provide real-time results.
Hybrid Participation
Ensure remote attendees remain fully connected to the discussion and decision-making process.
Hybrid & Streaming Solutions
We combine conference microphones, cameras, streaming and room audio into one coordinated hybrid meeting environment.
Automated Camera Tracking
With intelligent cameras that automatically track and focus on the active speaker, you can project high-quality visuals of the event on screens, live stream them to remote attendees, or record them for archiving.
Easy Recording & Archiving
We provide labeled, high-quality audio and video recordings of your event, identifying each speaker for easy review. This makes it perfect for formal meetings that require documented minutes or for conferences that you want to share post-event.
Flexible Streaming Options
Whether you need live video feeds, video conferencing for hybrid events, or internet streaming for a global audience, our solutions ensure that you reach every participant—wherever they are.

Multilingual Communication

Frequently asked questions
Everything you wanted to know
That depends on the format of the meeting.
For formal discussions, councils, board meetings or committees, conference microphone systems are usually the strongest option. Each participant has a dedicated microphone, clear speaker control and a more structured way to take the floor.
For presentations, a handheld microphone, lavalier microphone or headset microphone may be more suitable. For Q&A sessions, duvall can provide audience microphones, wireless handhelds or a moderated conference setup.
The goal is always the same: speakers, participants, interpreters, remote viewers and recordings all need clear, intelligible audio.
Yes. duvall can support Q&A with the right microphone setup, moderation flow, streaming integration and, where needed, interpretation.
This is especially important for hybrid or multilingual events. If the question is not clearly captured, part of the audience loses the context. A good Q&A setup makes sure every question can be heard in the room, online, by interpreters and in the recording.
For multilingual Q&A, this can be combined with Multilingual Communication.
Not always.
For simple setups, preconfigured equipment may be enough. For important meetings, hybrid formats, multilingual setups, voting, streaming or events with several speakers and rooms, onsite technical support is strongly recommended.
A technician helps test the system, manage the audio, support speakers, solve issues quickly and keep the meeting focused on the content. Learn more about Project Coordination.
That depends on the venue, meeting format, technical complexity and programme timing.
For simple setups, installation can often happen on the same day. For multilingual meetings, interpreter booths, voting, streaming, hybrid formats or setups with several rooms, we plan more preparation time.
The goal is to install, configure and test the system before speakers, participants or guests arrive.
It depends on the risk, complexity and importance of the meeting.
For simple dry-hire or preconfigured sets, onsite support is not always necessary. For important meetings, multilingual events, voting, streaming, hybrid formats or multi-room setups, onsite technical support is strongly recommended.
Technical support keeps the meeting stable, clear and focused.
Yes. Many requests start with a practical communication challenge, not a technical equipment list.
duvall translates your format, number of participants, languages, venue, speakers and timing into the right technical setup. That means you do not need to know in advance how many microphones, headsets, language channels, interpreter booths or technicians are required.
Yes. Testing is a key part of duvall’s approach.
We check the relevant systems every time before use: microphones, audio levels, language channels, headsets, voting flows, streaming, online connections and backup options where needed.
For important meetings, testing is not optional. It is what prevents avoidable problems during the live moment.
